Mechanical properties:
Briefly introduce the composition and performance of 2520 (310S) stainless steel plate
1) good oxidation resistance;
2) wide operating temperature range (below 1150℃);
3) no magnetism in solid solution state;
4) high temperature strength;
5) good weldability.
Scope of application:
310S stainless steel plate is a 25cr-20ni series of high alloy stainless steel, excellent high temperature oxidation resistance, suitable for making various furnace components, the highest temperature 1200℃, continuous use temperature 1150℃. Application: material for furnace and automobile purification device.
310S stainless steel is austenitic cr-ni stainless steel with good oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, because a higher percentage of chromium and nickel, so that has much better creep strength, can continue to work at high temperatures, has good high temperature resistance. Due to the high content of nickel (Ni) and chromium (Cr), it has good resistance to oxidation and corrosion.
310S stainless steel plate
Acid and alkali resistance, high temperature performance, high temperature resistant steel pipe is dedicated to manufacturing occasions such as the electric heating furnace tubes, stainless steel after the increase of carbon content in austenite size, due to its solid solution strengthening effect strength was improved, the chemical composition of stainless steel austenite size features based on chromium, nickel added, tungsten molybdenum, niobium and titanium elements, due to its organization is face-centered cubic structure, and thus has high strength and creep at high temperature strength.
253MA, 309S, 310S high temperature stainless steel plate difference
Heat resistant steel is commonly used in the manufacture of boiler, steam turbine, industrial furnace and aviation, petrochemical and other parts of the industry at high temperatures.
309S :(0Cr23Ni13)
Characteristics: can withstand repeated heating below 980℃, with high temperature strength and oxidation resistance, anti-carburizing performance.
Application: furnace material.
310S :(0Cr25Ni20)
Characteristics: 310S stainless steel plate is suitable for making various furnace components, the highest temperature 1200℃, continuous use temperature 1150℃.
Application: material for furnace and automobile cleaning equipment.
253 ma:
Features: 253MA is an Austeniticstainlesssteel, planned for application of required high creepstrength and superior anti-corrosion. Its utilization temperature range is 850~1100℃.
Use: in addition to the alloying elements chromium and nickel, this brand of stainless steel contains small amounts of RareEarthMetals (REM), which significantly improves its oxidation resistance. Nitrogen was added to improve creep properties and to make the steel fully austenitic. Although the chromium and nickel content is relatively low, this stainless steel has the same high temperature properties as highly alloyed alloy steels and nickel-based alloys in many environments.
