Analysis of Influence of Surface Roughness on Mirror Polishing Effect of 0Cr18Ni9DQ Stainless Steel

Mirror stainless steel products have been widely used in high-end decoration and decoration industry because of their delicate 2B surface, uniform gloss and beautiful appearance. This paper focuses on the white spot defects in the production and processing of mirror stainless steel polished products, and analyzes the correspondence with the surface roughness index of stainless steel 2B. Combined with the production process of the whole process of cold rolling process, from the technical parameters of shot blasting process, rough rolling and rough grinding process, cold rolling roll roughness, flat roll surface roughness and other technical parameters, the surface roughness index of 0Cr18Ni9DQ steel grade austenitic stainless steel is analyzed. Conduct in-depth research analysis. The final optimization improves the process parameter matching of each process and realizes the essential improvement of product quality.
